Data Processing Agreement
This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into between you and Autoclip.
1. Definitions
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
“Data Controller” means the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
“Data Processor” means the natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Data Controller.
2. Processing of Personal Data
Autoclip acts as a Data Processor when processing Personal Data on your behalf. We process Personal Data only in accordance with your documented instructions.
3. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls and authentication
- Data backup and recovery procedures
4. Subprocessors
We may engage subprocessors to assist in providing our services. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.
5. Data Subject Rights
We assist you in responding to data subject requests, including:
- Access requests
- Rectification requests
- Erasure requests
- Data portability requests
6. Data Breach Notification
We notify you without undue delay upon becoming aware of any personal data breach.
7. Return and Deletion of Data
Upon termination of services, we return or delete all Personal Data in accordance with your instructions.
